How our field technicians are operating
Our field technicians play a critical role in the installation and repair of our services.
As part of the digital transformation Cogeco has been undertaking over the last year, we have been able to equip our technicians with various tools, such as interactive video support, which allow them to perform remote installations and troubleshooting for our customers.
